Work
Things we have built to find out whether they work.
These are internal builds, labelled as such. Client systems are not published — we can walk you through the relevant ones on a call.
Internal prototype
OptiMine
The problem
Unplanned equipment downtime is usually visible in maintenance records weeks before it becomes a stoppage, but nobody has time to read them. Built first against heavy-industry logs, because that is where we had the history to test it — the approach applies anywhere failures are recorded consistently.
What it does
A model trained on historical maintenance and runtime records that ranks units by likelihood of failure in the next fortnight, with the features driving each score shown alongside it.
Internal tool
Launchpad
The problem
Smaller organisations keep their real numbers in Excel and cannot justify a warehouse, but still need reporting that does not break when someone inserts a row.
What it does
A structured set of capture workbooks that feed a database and a dashboard, so the spreadsheet stays the input and stops being the reporting layer.
Internal prototype
AeroAgent
The problem
Testing how far an LLM agent can be trusted with multi-step decisions against live external APIs, and where it stops being reliable.
What it does
A routing agent that queries live pricing APIs, plans multi-leg itineraries, and logs every tool call so the reasoning can be audited after the fact.
